CLEANBLAST™AIRCOOLED AFTERCOOLERS
The air generated by compressors is very warm and contains, as a result a lot of vapour. This damp needs to be removed from the compressed air as moist will cause the abrasive to jam up the blast pot. Only dry air will provide a smooth, continuous abrasive flow.
Significantly less break down, maintenance and repairs.
By means of forced cooling, the after cooler condensates a sufficient amount of vapour. This vapour is being removed by means of a centrifugal separator. After being conditioned the compressed air is dry enough to provide a continuous flow of abrasive media. Because of this feature the amount of blasting system breakdowns, maintenance and repairs is reduced to a minimum.
Dry Compressed is indispensable for fault-free performance of blasting and paint spraying equipment as well as for compressed air tools. Conditioned compressed air also contributes to improving the quality of blasted surfaces since most of the oil and water have been removed from the compressed air.
Air cooled compressed after coolers cool the compressed air with atmospheric air as cooling media. The compressed air is cooled to approximately 9°C above ambient temperature. This causes the oil and water vapor to condense so it can be removed by the separator.
CLEANBLAST™ after coolers removes all contaminants and ensures higher qualities of dry and clean air.
Standard after coolers are delivered with pneumatic motors, moisture separator, oiler , silencer and mounted on a heavy duty transport frame. The option of electric motor is also there.
