The OMEGA combines impressive high performance with low weight. Grinding concrete is no problem. The simple design of the OMEGA ensures easy operation. The handlebar can be quickly adjusted for operator comfort and control. Noise and vibration levels are minimal during normal operation. The compact dimensions and low weight of the OMEGA allow it to pass through all doors and be easily transported to every floor level, even balconies. Great for edge grinding, eliminating the need for angle grinders. The OMEGA can grind within a few millimeters of a wall. Operating the OMEGA with a suitable vacuum unit ensures dust free operation.

OMEGA 450 Floor Grinder
The OMEGA 450 has the highest power-to-weight ratio in the industry.
An innovative 450mm (18 in) diameter disc gives the OMEGA 450 very high production rates, whether grinding or polishing. An integrated speed control allows the operator to adjust the rotation from 0 to 1,500 rpm.

The OMEGA 450 is at home on a variety of substrates, including concrete, terrazo, natural stone and asphalt.
Tooling options available will support applications from aggressive grinding to polishing moderately sized areas.

DELTA II Floor Grinder

One of the most advanced and versatile grinders available, the DELTA II offers a wide range of grinding tools and operating options. They can grind most types of substrates including concrete, terazzo and asphalt.

The DELTA II grinders are ideal for expedient surface preparation prior to the application of epoxy and similar coatings. They have tremendous cutting power to remove rubber deposits, adhesives, bituminous coatings and impacted dirt from any floor.

DELTA II grinders offer incredible ease of operation and a dust free working environment when used with an industrial vacuum. Low vibration and reduced noise levels offer increased operator safety and convenience. Our unique Circular shaped grinding tools increase the grinding performance and prevent the "rings" normally associated with twin headed grinders. Eliminating the gap between the discs also eliminates the need for the operator to swing the machine back and forth. Increased production and less fatigue are accomplished by simply walking the unit around the surface being prepared. The resulting finish can easily be covered with thin film coating systems.

ORBITER Triple Head, Orbital Grinder

Grinds and polishes terrazzo, marble, granite, natural stone, coatings and concrete. Integrated water tank simplifies wet grinding processes. As with the full range of Contec grinders, dry grinding is a dustless process with the addition of the recommended dust collector.

Constructed with a long life, stainless steel frame. The handle is adjustable to provide easy access underneath racking, shelves and work benches.
